Dynamics CRM Online: Free Rollout of Social Listening

Are you a Dynamics CRM Online Customer?
If so, the wait for Social Listening is over. Microsoft announced it is currently in the process of adding Social Listening for eligible customers for FREE. The process should be complete by the end of August 2014.
Dynamics CRM Social Listening is a professional listening tool. It monitors your products, brand, customers, competitors and campaigns in real time across the social web. It gives you a true understanding of what people think about your messages, how they feel about your business, and the ability to see relevant information about your customers.
Dynamics CRM Online Professional level customers with ten (10) or more users can expect to see Social Listening available in the Service Health Dashboard of the Online Portal.
The free social listening tool does have a limit of 10,000 free posts per month and after that, usage fees will be charged. What is a "post"? A post is any Facebook post, blog post, tweet, and so on that contains the keywords or phrases you configure the system to search for. For example, if you define a search topic to look for the keyword "Crestwood Associates", every post that contains that counts towards that month's limit.
