Management Reporter Install Error

If you've installed MR, you know that there can be some issues during the process.
This week, we came across an interesting one. If you receive the following error: Unable to connect to the specified server. Verify that the Management Reporter application service has been installed on the server and that the specified address is correct.
This will occur if the time on the client and server are more than five minutes different (differences in time zones are permitted).
Change the time on the server and when you try the installation again, it will proceed.
