Microsoft Acquires FieldOne, Field Service Management Solutions for Dynamics Products

On July 16, 2015, Microsoft announced they have reached an agreement to acquire FieldOne, which means only more good things to come.  With FieldOne under the Microsoft umbrella, more time, research and support will go directly into these field service management tools, providing organizations the ability to better manage and deliver service to their customers in the field.

Now, Microsoft can add cloud-based field service management to Dynamics CRM through work order management, asset contact, automated scheduling, workflow capabilities, and other services.  For many business owners, offering good customer support is important in maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction.
