We’ve never seen such a big update for Dynamics CRM

With Dynamics CRM 2016, Microsoft and Crestwood Associates will save you time and money by reinventing productivity and business processes.  Through tighter integration with other Microsoft products, enhanced mobility, better field service features, and improved intelligence, you can have a more efficient, end-to-end business solution.

One of the biggest changes we have seen with Dynamics CRM 2016 is the elimination of having to switch between programs.  For example, maybe you want to view a slide deck or an Excel spreadsheet, you can now do that right within the Dynamics CRM interface.  Or you’re a salesperson and spend all day in Microsoft Outlook, now you can add contacts from within an email, making data entry faster and more efficient.

Take a look at the largest, most comprehensive Dynamics CRM upgrade ever.  Here is a sneak peek of some of the new features:

An enhanced Excel experience, with new templates readily available for sales, service, and marketing scenarios.

Mobility improvements for workers on the go. There are full offline capabilities for all major platforms (Android, iOS, Windows).  Using new technology like “outbound mobile deeplinking”, will make it easy to view and edit documents such as a PowerPoint presentation, directly on a mobile device without being forced to switch between apps. Plus many other improvements; such as, updated controls, form previews, web resources, and iframes support.

The next generation CRM app for Outlook.  Do more within Outlook even in Outlook for Mac.

Contextual documents across SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Office 365 Groups for any CRM record.

Personalized sales documents right in Dynamics CRM.  Build dynamic documents like account summaries, quotes, order, and invoices without other applications.

Interactive Service Hub – new online design for improved end user experience.  Dynamics CRM 2016 comes pre-loaded with multi & single stream dashboards for Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents.  Simple design to view and edit workloads, take visual snapshots, filter and more.

Service Intelligence  - interactive Power BI dashboard for Customer Service Managers.

Remember, this was a sneak peek.  There’s plenty more, so stay tuned for more information on Dynamics CRM 2016, coming in Q4!
