Dynamics GP 2010 and 2013 and Business Portal Service Pack Release Dates

Exciting news on the new Service Packs, hot off the presses from Microsoft.
Dynamics GP 2013 Service Pack 2 – due to release August 30, 2013! That is right around the corner and will be here before we know it.
An “insider’s” note: for Dynamics GP 2013 only, you will start to see Microsoft including little “features” in service packs outside of the usual table changes and error fixes.
Using Human Resources and Payroll? Then a bonus for you in GP 2013 SP2 – here are some inclusions just for you, all based on customer feedback. (So do not doubt that your submissions to the xyz count)!
- Email address added to the HR applicant window
- Redesign of the check & transaction history windows, for easier sorting and data lookup.
- 2013 I-9 changes (additional fields)
- Correction of EEO Reports with incorrect wage categories
- Many other quality report issues will be addressed as well.
We will be sure to post additional updates regarding this highly anticipated release as they come to us.
Business Portal 6.1
Releasing about the same time as the GP 2013 SP2, will be Business Portal version 6.1. BP 6.1 will support SharePoint 2013. BP 6.0 is not supported on SharePoint 2013.
GP 2010 Service Pack 4 – due to release September 6, 2013 (this will be the last Service Pack for GP 2010, outside of the continued tax and year end updates. Those will continue through the year and into early 2014.)
