Microsoft Dynamics 365
Your best alternative to QuickBooks

Initially referred to as Project Madeira, this solution now has a permanent name: Dynamics 365 and is now available for purchase. The beauty of this new system is its ability to automate and streamline your business processes with the use of familiar Microsoft products, anywhere, anytime, and from any device. Additionally, everything from quotes to orders to reports are easily integrated into Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and more.
If you are looking for a new solution, especially as an alternative or upgrade from QuickBooks, you should be looking at Dynamics 365.

There are two editions of Dynamics 365 - "Business" and "Enterprise". It is offered as a true SaaS package, hosted on Azure. For everything that you get, the prices are very competitive. However, out of the gate, the price model isn't super simple. That's why you have us, to help.
Microsoft took the best features from many of its ERP solutions, along with the robust suite of CRM tools and packaged them up together in one solution, offered in two flavors.
Business Edition: This edition is still in development. Right now, today, the Financials portion is available. The sales and marketing features will be coming soon. The chart below shows white backgrounds for those items that are still "coming soon" and color backgrounds for the features available today. All prices are per user, per month.
Enterprise Edition: This edition is ready to purchase and has all functionality except for a true marketing app. The marketing app is being developed for release in Spring 2017. The "financial" functions of the Enterprise solution are referred to as "Operations". If you are looking for all of the features of Dynamics CRM, you can purchase Plan 1, which includes all of the functionality that was previously available by buying CRM Online. If you only need the Sales or Field Service pieces, you can buy those individually. All prices are per user, per month.
