Account Executive

Acumatica Implementation Consultant

Crestwood Acumatica Implementation Consultants are collaborative, highly organized, detailed, and efficient individuals. They plan and manage all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations, acting as a key advisor, product advocate, and a project implementation resource.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Advisor

  • Provide ongoing functional support to Acumatica clients in support of the Crestwood Support Team
  • Work independently to accomplish implementation tasks and collaborate effectively with implementation team to meet the client’s business needs and expectations.
  • Prioritize and plan individual calendar and schedules, coordinating client and Crestwood facing meetings/calls. 

Project Implementation Resource

  • Serve as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for the purpose of solution implementations and issue resolution
  • Implement multiple suites of modules within the current Acumatica software solution with a strong working knowledge and experience in the appropriate business modules, this includes:
    • Financials (mandatory)
    • Distribution
    • Project
    • Field Service
    • Manufacturing
    • Payroll
  • Execute end to end project implementation involvement from client introductions, kick off, training, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go live preparations, and go live support
  • Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense entries for project management and invoice processing. 

Product Advocate

  • Obtain appropriate 3rd party certifications as deemed appropriate
  • Become certified and expert on the assigned software systems assigned.  This would include any software publisher required certifications that may be necessary to promote a publisher’s product.
  • Update appropriate Crestwood crew members of system capabilities as they may be pre-released by the software publishers when available
  • Continuously invest time to improve professional skills via books, seminars, training sessions, etc. as may be suggested by your manager or as you find on your own.
  • Participate in team meetings and lunch and learn sessions by preparing and sharing publisher product releases and new feature sets, tips and tricks, support and bug resolution, and recent implementation walk throughs.

Client Account Manager

Client Account Managers (CAM) act as a single point of contact with customers to serve as a trusted advisor. CAM’s sell portfolios of Crestwood services and internal/vendor software within designated markets to achieve license and services revenue targets. CAM’s proactively engage with prospects and build client relationships with existing or new clients to identify, progress, and transact service and software sales. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Relationship Building and Management

  • Develops strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate Crestwood value proposition sales solution strategy.
  • Performs critical customer analysis to identify and leverage Crestwood marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer’s solutions capability.
  • Responsible for handling inbound/outbound inquiries from prospective and/or existing customers via telephone, e-mail, on-line and/or chat for an assigned product line or customer.
  • Schedules conference calls, on-site meetings, and product demonstrations.

Sales Driven Leadership

  • Sells the Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, Dynamics CRM, Acumatica, and ISV applications to our existing clients in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
  • Sells Crestwood’s network and custom development services as opportunities arise.
  • Maintains 60% of your assigned clients on a supported version of Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL and/or Dynamics CRM Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, maintains customer records in a CRM System (contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). Completes required documentation and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking system. Updates regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals.
  • Continues to develop a detailed understanding of the Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, Dynamics CRM, and Acumatica solutions so that the application benefits can be communicated to customers.
  • Develops the skills and confidence required to demonstrate the Dynamics GP, Dynamics  SL, Dynamics CRM, and/or Acumatica solutions to prospects.
  • Develops a detailed understanding of Crestwood’s partner relationships, third-party product offerings, pricing structure, sales and marketing strategies, etc.
  • Works with the Director of Sales/Partner and Services Team to broaden our relationship with each customer and to increase per-customer profitability.
  • Establishes and cultivates relationships with sales team, and delivery partners to drive demand for products or services and/or assist in closing sales.
  • May accompany sales team members on customer sales calls.

Financial, Marketing, and Administration Support

  • May assist with trade show preparation and/or digital marketing projects.
  • May attend customer-facing events for lead generation.
  • Works with Operations in properly processing sales, purchase orders, and other paperwork.
  • May work with accounting in helping collect accounts receivable as needed.

Project Manager

Crestwood Project Managers are high attention-to-detail, organized list makers, and collaborative individuals who oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of ERP projects both client facing and internal Crestwood team members.

The Project Manager works independently, under general supervision, and utilizing specialized or technical training, experience, or knowledge.  The position requires the employee to exercise discretion and independent judgment customarily and regularly in performing the essential functions of the job but also following Crestwood company standards where applicable.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and/or sales
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with senior management, operations and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
  • Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
  • Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
  • Execute the project according to the project plan

Support Engineer

Crestwood Associates is looking for a Support Engineer to help with our growing consulting services and software company. The Support Engineer works independently and in teams, under direct supervision and along specialized or technical lines requiring special training, experience, or knowledge.  The position requires the employee to exercise discretion and independent judgment customarily and regularly in performing the essential functions of the job.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Support Engineers work to maintain and manage IT services and infrastructure, including applications, networking, security, backup and disaster recovery. They provide advanced technical support for desktop, server, and networking issues and assist with deployment of IT infrastructure following and improving upon existing methodologies and best practices, ensuring all IT infrastructure is properly maintained and monitored.

  • Deploy, manage and monitor Azure environments for clients and internal Crestwood workloads
  • Increase automation and scalability of delivered services
  • Help clients migrate workloads, infrastructure and file assets to Azure and Office 365 platforms
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Internal IT Support and inquiries within Crestwood
  • Office 365 support, migration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, MFA, Intune, and Microsoft 365
  • Continually increase your Azure and Office 365 skills to assist the overall Crestwood organization
  • Contribute your problem solving and troubleshooting skills to new and existing clients
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Provide subject matter expertise for both virtualized infrastructure and software applications.

Here’s your education, skills, and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in virtualized server and network infrastructure management and Microsoft cloud platform technologies
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and .NET, Azure, PowerShell, MFA, virtualization, and Office 365
  • Foundational network infrastructure knowledge including TCP/IP, SSL, VPN, OSI model etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms including GP, SL and BC and Acumatica ERP preferred but not required
