The Acumatica Community Website provides a wealth of information, which can be overwhelming. We will present tips for navigating the Acumatica Community Website and subscribing to events and update emails in this blog. Registration
Click here to register for the Acumatica Community Website. Acumatica must approve your registration before you can access the website. For questions or issues regarding the approval of your registration, please contact Chris Hackett, the Acumatica Community Manager.
Acumatica Community Overview
The Acumatica Community Website includes four distinct sections: Learn, Support, Product, and Community (as shown in the screenshot above).
Learn Tab Overview
The “Learn” tab transfers you to Acumatica Open University, which provides courses, quick guides, and hands-on Acumatica practice.
Support Tab Overview
The “Support” tab offers the following options: Knowledge Base, Known Issues, Product Documentation, and Archived Product Documentation.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is full of useful information, including how-to troubleshooting articles for over 13 specific industries and product areas. The articles focus on past webinars and possible workarounds for issues.

Product Tab Overview
The “Product” tab provides release notes and downloads for the four most recent Acumatica releases, as well as retired versions. The Pre-release version section provides previews and Beta versions of Acumatica ERP, while the Acumatica Labs section allows for participation in shaping the experimental features of Acumatica ERP. The Add-ons and Integration section and the Marketplace sections provide more information about add-ons, integration, and available solutions from Acumatica’s technology partners.
Community Tab Overview
The “Community” tab provides Discussion Forums, News and Announcements, User Groups, and Events.
Discussion Forums
Select from 21 specific industry and area forums to search for an issue. The most recently posted topics appear immediately underneath the forum options.
Choose your favorite forums, such as Financials, and click the “Subscribe” button to receive emails about future topics. Please note that new community members require moderator approval before posting or replying to discussions.

News and Announcements
Acumatica News & Announcements includes five areas: Acumatica News & Updates, Developer Newsletter, Events & Meet-ups, Newsletter, and ISV Newsletter. Just click on each area and hit the “Subscribe” button to receive future emails.
Acumatica highly recommends subscribing to the Acumatica News & Updates to receive the latest company news and community updates.*

User Groups
Find an Acumatica User Group, All User Groups, or Customer Forum under Community > User Groups. Click the “Request to join” button for each User Group that you would like to join. Your request will be evaluated and either approved or rejected.
The Construction Customer User Group was recently announced. The group offers virtual meetings and in-person meet-ups at future Acumatica Summits. Click here to register.*

Events
Webinars, conferences, and meetups are listed under the Events section. Each listing will be classified as an in-person or an online event. To access recorded webinars, click the Event type > Webinar > Past events. Please note, you must visit Community > News & Announcements > Events & Meet-ups to subscribe and receive future event emails.
