The Crestwood Academy is a service offered in four parts, which are available for the monthly subscription fee.
1. Training sessions are meant to educate and assist attendees explore the application features. Sessions can be attended by registering on the times published on the posted training schedule the link for which is provided in your welcome kit and on the client portal on the Crestwood.com website’s main page. Crestwood Academy is licensed to your company, not a user, thus any number of employees of your company may attend training sessions as often as needed while your subscription is active.
2. A copy of Crestwood’s implementation plan for Business Central is supplied to allow our clients a suggested roadmap for implementing a basic configuration of the system. It is the same plan we use for all our clients’ engagements big and small.
3. The Crestwood Academy Vault contains a video library of many of our training sessions for clients to review at their leisure. Recordings are added to the vault at Crestwood’s discretion. A link to the vault is included in the welcome kit.
4. Access to the Crestwood help desk is available from 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time. Support issues can be submitted via email. Instructions are available in the welcome kit.
