Are you using the Acumatica Customer Portal or Open University? Have you signed up for the new Acumatica Community Portal?
Acumatica has launched their new Community website to bring communication together in one location to help to support users in a more streamlined fashion.
If you do not have a Customer Portal login already, you can self-register on the community site. Simply visit the community page and click “Login” in the top right corner. Once on the login screen you can click where it says “Sign Up Page” to complete the self-registration.
The Community site brings Product Information, Discussion Forums, User Groups, and Learning all in one place.
All the information you could possibly want is here. You can browse all topics, and see if someone else had the same issue that you had! For example, one month ago a user asked how to change the color settings in a chart, and they were able to get the answer within hours. Click here to see how that played out!
