We’ve been waiting for this feature. It’s a customer request. Microsoft finally added a way to set up your own custom email signature in the newest version of Dynamics CRM. Yeah!
Here’s step-by-step instructions:
Navigate to the Options area under settings
This will open up your Personal Options. Once here, navigate to the Email Signatures Tab.
Then, press the New button.
Set yourself as the user, give the signature a title, and add in your signature in the text box. You can either use the formatting available, or copy and paste your signature from a different application (including images/logos). Once you are done, don’t forget to click on save, at the top.
Now the signature is available whenever you create a new email record within Dynamics CRM. If you want to make it populate automatically, just click on, “Set As Default”.
