Did you know that Acumatica has a mobile app that you can use on your phone or tablet? It comes with your license at no additional charge! Yes, that means FREE. This tool can be valuable to you and your team and it is easy to access and setup.
How to Setup the Acumatica Mobile App
First, you need to go to the Apple store or Android store where you access apps. Search for the Acumatica app and then click on the install button and download it to your phone or tablet.
Once you have it installed, the set-up is pretty simple. You just need to know your Acumatica URL. It’s the same URL you use when accessing Acumatica in your browser.
You use the same login and password as you normally do. Once logged in, security takes over from there and hands out appropriate rights based on who it logged in.
You will only see widgets (icons) for the pieces you have access to. The mobile app comes with widgets for a lot of items in Acumatica, such as:
- Business Accounts
- Entering Time
- Purchase Orders
- and more
