Moving in the Midst of a Pandemic

Crestwood Associates New Office

Crestwood Associates Schaumburg OfficeAfter spending 15 glorious years in Mount Prospect, IL, Partners Tim Thompson and Brian McGuckin moved Crestwood Associates to their new home at the Schaumburg Corporate Center, 1501 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg, IL.

Moving is not easy, packing up, donating and purging unneeded items is very time consuming, not to mention difficult when you have your normal job to do. Once we received word of the new location, we were ready to move, well so we thought.

Each of us, took multiple trips to the new office moving files and equipment and such, but on the 21st of March, we were stopped in our tracks by the Governor of Illinois. Illinois was shut down completely to flatten the curve of the spread of the Coronavirus.

Prior to the Covid-19 shut down, we were able to tour our new office. The building is beautiful and the wall to wall glass windows in the open atrium is simply refreshing.

Crestwood Associates Schaumburg OfficeThe Schaumburg Corporate Center is a short walk to the Woodfield Mall and has a number of great amenities and services for tenants. We have everything from an on-site deli, a sundry shop, to a hair salon, dentist, athletic club, dry cleaning services, conference area and much more. I’m looking forward to visiting the entertainment area filled with pool tables, foosball, ping pong and more. Building’s like this make a remote employee want to visit the office more often. ?

Located on the ground level, our offices are open, airy with the bright sunshine coming in through the windows.  We’re all excited for this move and look forward to working at the physical office when covid-19 restrictions have been fully lifted. Don’t worry, we will invite you over to visit too.Crestwood Associates Schaumburg Office
